Michigan Prisons New Mail Policy Helps Billionaires & Milks Prison Loved Ones

New mail policy has been instituted by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC). Inmates may no longer receive mail via USPS. Yes, you read that right!

Officials claim it will curtail the flow of contraband into the Michigan prisons. This includes such substances as suboxone and fentanyl within the facilities.

Effective immediately, MDOC will no longer allow inmates to receive mail via USPS.

Well, this is all false because the Michigan Department of Corrections is fully aware that 80% of the contraband is smuggled into the prisons by its own employees.

This is confirmed by multiple studies taken in recent years. In any case, MDOC would wish to stop the drugs and other contraband such as the cell phones and tobacco being sneaked into the prisons.

Then thorough searches should be employed on the MDOC employees as they do to the inmates’ families and friends when they come to prison visits.

MDOC Makes Excuses for New Mail Policing Policies

No USPS Mail Allowed in MDOC Prisons

It is merely an excuse from the Michigan Department of Corrections with this new mail policy thing. Obviously their goal is not stopping the contraband from entering the prisons.

One can easily conclude that based on their arguments.

A contemptuous person would easily argue this by thinking that this policy would enable the Michigan Department of Corrections’ employees to monopolize on the remaining 20% of the contraband market.

The main goal actually is to benefit JPay and MDOC by making big profits. One would ask how?

Prisoners and their families and friends will be restricted from sending mail via the US Postal Service. They will be forced to buy email stumps from JPay.

Also, the electronic mail would be closely monitored and recorded for future reference. Prison mail rooms will massively be shut down as a consequence.

Newspapers, magazines, and any other publications would cease from entering MDOC prisons.

It is not a right to send and receive mail from prisoners, but a privilege, according to authorities. Prisoners on sanctions are not even allowed to send and receive mail in paper form.

Well, welcome to the Panopticon where everything is seen but remains hidden. It is a smile to billionaires as they stuff their pockets at the expenses of prison loved ones.
